Brenda’s main focus is on fostering long term customer relationships, having worked at community banks for all her banking career, she truly understands and appreciates the “personal touch” a local bank can offer.

Brenda is originally from Windsor, Ontario Canada where she received her Associates degree in Business Accounting at St. Claire College. She moved to Ann Arbor in 2005, and currently resides in Ypsilanti Township with her husband and daughter. Prior to her career with Ann Arbor State Bank, she worked at Michigan Commerce Bank (formerly known as Ann Arbor Commerce Bank) for almost 3 years as a Customer Service Representative. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and worked as an Interpreter for 2 years serving customers from government sectors to private businesses.
