Commercial Banking Officer

Mortgage Underwriter

Ann Arbor State Bank is committed to being the premier mortgage lending team in Washtenaw County.  With seven lenders and three operational support staff, we continue to grow our volume.  We’re seeking the right Mortgage Underwriter to join our team.  This position will be responsible for reviewing standard conventional and jumbo loan submissions ensuring that they meet bank, investor and/or agency guidelines.  This individual is responsible for evaluating loans in such a way as to minimize company risk exposure.  The successful candidate should have experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, as well as demonstrated ability working effectively with processing and sales teams in an action oriented environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.  Qualified Candidates with a minimum of 3 years recent experience should send resumes to HR Manager, 125 W William St, Ann Arbor MI 48104 or to pbachli@a2sb.com.

Customer Service Representative
