Kimberly Pearsall has helped hundreds of Washtenaw County families make the dream of home ownership a reality; her mortgage lending career began in 1990.  After persevering through several big bank mergers while working at NBD and National City, Kimberly is grateful to be a part of a truly local “personal bank” — one that focuses on providing stellar service to the Ann Arbor community.

Here is what some of her mortgage customers have said about her service through the years:

“I cannot compliment her performance enough.  She was great to work with, especially for a first time homebuyer.”
– Jessica V.

“Kimberly was a consummate professional through the process.  Thank you for hiring people like her.”
–  John C.

“Ms. Pearsall handled two mortgage loan applications for me in ’97 when I wanted to refinance. I tracked her down and she made a big difference by facilitating the loan process.”
 – Elizabeth W.

Kimberly is passionate about providing personal service to her customers and to the community where she lives and works. To that end, she has participated in a host of volunteer fundraising activities for the Junior League of Ann Arbor, Lucille B. Conger Alumnae Group and the SafeHouse Center, where she was a board member for more than five years. In addition, Kimberly has been involved with the Home Builders Association’, Sales and Marketing Committee and served on the Education Committee of the Ann Arbor Area of Board of Realtors. She also enjoys public speaking and has conducted several first time homebuyer seminars, participated on new home construction panel discussions and spoke as a mortgage expert for the State Bar of Michigan’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
