Phil specializes in business lending and Government Sponsored Loan Programs, including SBA 504 and 7A Loans, USDA Loan Programs and MEDC Loans.

Phil has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry, including seven years in Commercial Banking, starting his career at National City Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer.  He then served as a Senior Loan Officer with Michigan Certified Development Corporation, specializing in SBA Loans.

Phil resides in Ann Arbor with his wife and two teenage children.  He has been a Rotarian for the past five years and is currently a member of the Ann Arbor Rotary Club.  He has also served as an officer in the Brighton Rotary Club.
