Last Saturday night The Ark celebrated an incredible achievement & Honorary Chair of the Capital Campaign – Peter Schork…

Last Saturday night The Ark celebrated an incredible achievement. All of you have been a part of getting The Ark here, and we were thrilled that so many of you could join us for this special night.  For those of you who were not able to be there, we wanted you to be among the first to hear the news!

Three years after launching our $2.5 million capital campaign, The Ark has raised enough money to pay off our mortgage and begin our first phase of renovations later this fall, which will update the concessions area and photo gallery.

Thanks so much to all of you who’ve contributed to the campaign. Your support has helped raise over $2.6 million to date and has generated incredible momentum for our efforts to ensure that The Ark can continue to be a home for the best live music for the next 50 years and beyond.

We want you to know that we plan to carry this momentum forward to build on your success by continuing the Campaign through 2016 so that others in the     community can join you in supporting The Ark.  Funds raised will help pay for the next phases of master plan renovations, including improvements to the Ford Listening Room, rest rooms, and front entryway.

Here’s to 50 Years More at The Ark!
