Full Time Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday through Friday, No Saturdays!!

We’re looking for that unique person who exemplifies customer service by taking excellent care of customers and building relationships.  This position is responsible for both teller functions (counting cash, taking deposits, cashing checks) as well as more advanced duties such as account opening and closing, assisting with loan applications, answering phones and resolving customer problems.  Strong interpersonal skills are a must along with experience in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other computer applications.  Two years prior experience in a financial institution is highly encouraged.  This position is eligible for paid vacation time, medical benefits and 401(k) participation with our company match.  If you are interested in joining the best bank in Ann Arbor, send your resume to HR Manager, 125 W William St, Ann Arbor MI 48104 or email to

Part-Time Mortgage Loan Processor
Ann Arbor State Bank is growing our Mortgage Loan Department.  We’re looking for a part time mortgage loan processor.  If you are a team player with a can do attitude and a minimum of 2 years experience that includes extensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA loans, then consider joining the best bank in Ann Arbor.
