Peggy Bachli Chief Operating Officer & SVP HR Manager

As COO and HR Manager, Peggy is responsible for overseeing Bank Operations, Technology and Human Resources. While wearing many hats, her primary focus is implementing technology, and reviewing and managing the bank’s technology partners.  Peggy will lead all technological advancements and stress high touch, personal service in the bank’s high tech environment. She has overseen the bank’s rollout of Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking and fraud prevention services such as Text Message Alerts for Debit Card Activity.

The delivery of banking information continues to evolve since the bank opened in 2009, with more online and mobile options then ever. I am still committed to A2SB’s blend of technology and personal service together to meet our customer’s needs.

Peggy brings with her more than nine years of experience at Bank of Ann Arbor where she served as Vice President, Internet Banking and Operations Manager. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in administrative services.  Peggy graduated from the prestigious ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and received a Wharton Leadership Certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has lived in the Saline area for over 10 years.
