Rebecca Stephens joined the Bank in April of 2010 to assume the duties of chief financial officer. Responsibilities of her position include oversight of the accounting for the bank and its holding company, administration of the bank's asset/liability and interest rate risk management processes, preparation of the annual profit plan, and oversight of the preparation of required regulatory reports.

Rebecca brings with her 24 years of community bank experience. In previous banking positions, she has been responsible for internal audit, bank operations, and accounting including the responsibilities as chief financial officer. Rebecca resides in Canton. She received both her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
